You know I always have to show love to my favorite band Steed Lord, and yesterday they released a line of hoodies and tees for fans, for the winter and early spring season, stylish black hoodies with gold beads on the drawstrings  and the Steed Lord Logo with Kali and Eddie House modeling the line. You can purchase the new merch along with their 3D broach and Posters at their official store.

I haven’t posted any fashion in a while mostly due into the fact I haven’t seen anything inspiring to wear or share lately, so I scoured my favorite blogs and came across my dude Pharrell modeling pieces from the new Spring 2013 collections of A Bathing Ape and his line Billionaire Boys Club for the Japanese  based fashion magazine Cool Trans. If only me and the other regular Joe’s could afford it! I demand him making a cheaper brand for the frugal guy, just sayin’.

[Frugal Find] Get A Life Shirts

Me in the Tiger long sleeve

This is a brief post but, a couple weeks ago I stumbled across these dope shirts by a  brand called Get A Life, these shirts have become quite popular in the Tumblr-Instagram-verse with kids wearing various versions from the hamburger shirt to the tiger shirt like the one I’m pictured in above.

What’s really great about this shirt (the one I’m wearing) it is reminiscent of Roberto Cavali and Givenchy’s recent collections, making this outfit really easy to dress up. A really dope outfit idea I came up with was like a blazer setup, with a red blazer and some black slacks with possibly gold accessories added preferably a gold bracelet. I really thought this was a dope find for only 9 bucks

I spotted Jean Paul Gaultier S/s 13 pics on Miss Malini recently and had to cover the collection too. Although she talked about 'Singh is King' references, I thought JPG may have been channelling the altogether more refined Waris Ahluwalia (jewellery designer/actor and general dapper man about town)

JPG’s infamous nautical touches didn’t hit the mark for me- the striped trousers, sailor collars and button up trousers were just blah!

He’s easily the most blogged non-celebrity on my Tumblr page; I don’t know much about except the fact he lives or frequently visits somewhere in Asia and has a taste for mixing current trends with the traditional styles of Asia and Africa.  This guy’s sense of style is something I envy more than anything from his long flowing dreadlocs, to the ability to buy and be properly sized for the trends over there in Asia a to the fact he has an awesome back drop he has to take such flawless pictures ugh! [Fashion] Nasir Mazhar – S/S 2013

When you thought the 90′s comeback was so 2011, well Nasir Mazhar’s new line says other wise. Now I’m not a fan of retro inspired fashion trends but here’s a clear exception to mixing everything I loved about the 90′s into one collection from gaudy patterns on tracksuits  to vibrant yet mild colors accompanied by that one towel like fabric that I could never name. This Spring line is pretty sweet! or [Insert 90's catchphrase noting something cool]
