So I’ve had this idea to do featurettes of guys who I think have excellent style and who I think are pretty fucking cool, so why not the first one be a about someone I absolutely cannot stand? lol. All jokes aside this guy is someone I’ve known for a while he’s uber talented and super cool, sometimes he can be a doo-doo head but aren’t we all?
His name is Kareem Steez!, he’s a 21 year old Graphic/Fashion designer from Brooklyn, New York. His clientele includes : Cupcake Mafia, Cynthia Bailey, Selita Eubanks, Amber Rose, Nicki Minaj and many many more. He gained social popularity for his website girlsandcupcakes.com which is now known
simply as iamsteez.com which showcased his work and some of his favorite bands and randoms he likes to call “fuckery”. His popularity then expanded to his twitter account where you saw a more sillier side to him, which he also used to network his work and even gained more clientele.
His style generally consists of dark and neutral colors contrasting with whites and minimal usage of brighter colors. He also wears a lot of fitted denim and jackets but what sets his style apart is accessories he uses. Most guys shoot for the typical, the rosary, the chain or the watch, but Kareem goes the opposite way he will take a denim vest and add studs, buttons and whatever else he can find to it and own it. Which I think is why he and I get along our styles 
both take risk and use a more customized so we can say “he ain’t got what I got”. For me something like that represents true personal style, to take a basic garment and make a flashy work of your own.
Currently Kareem is working out the basis of his very own clothing line while designing tees for Cupcake Mafia while running his blog iamsteez.com and continuing to build his clientele. Be out on the look for him, because I guarantee you’ll be hearing about him beyond this article and remember you heard about him here first or that interview he did for some website two years ago.
